The Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act signed into law on March 23, 2010 is also referred to as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), or simply as "Obamacare". The wide scope of the legislation contains aspects that pertain to individuals, employers, and health care providers. Collect Accurate Information

Ensure you are tracking the right staffing information with vlDix LABOR, including contractor hours, that are required to be uploaded. With multiple methods of hour collection – time clocks, web app, or digital timesheets – all types of employees can quickly submit their time information. Staff information will be classified into valid care categories mandated from CMS.

CMS/Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) Staffing Data Submission

Section 6106 of the Affordable Care Act requires long term care facilities to electronically submit daily staffing information every quarter. The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is responsible for collecting this information using their program Payroll Based Journal (PBJ). Our CMS/PBJ module will ensure that your facility will be able to easily submit this mandatory information and meet all requirements.

Don’t spend hours manually keying staff hours into the PBJ system! With our CMS/PBJ module, simply click a button and get your data in an uploadable XML file that meets all PBJ requirements.
